What you see before you is the steamy new photo that Lady Gaga took for her photo shoot for Rolling Stone. NME reported earlier today that Gaga has finished her new album. The follow-up to The Fame Monster will drop in early 2011. According to what she told Rolling Stone; Lady Gaga will reveal the name of her fourth album on New Years Eve.
Gaga plans to go for a more angry, political approach this time around. She says :
“Why are we still talking about ‘Don’t ask, don’t tell?’ It’s like, what fucking year is it? It makes me crazy! And I have been for three years baking cakes – and now I’m going to bake a cake that has a bitter jelly. The message of the new music is now more bitter than it was before. Because the sweeter the cake, the more bitter the jelly can be.”
She also talks about the writing process for this record. Saying that :
“I’ve been working on it for months now, and I feel very strongly that it’s finished right now. It came so quickly. Some artists take years; I don’t. I write music every day.”
Well ladies and gentleman, let’s wait and see if this new one will scream smash hit or shit bomb. You never know what Gaga is going to cook up next.
