In November, we found out about the first single off New Young Pony Club’s second album The Optimist called Lost A Girl. The official release date for the album will be March 1st, 2010 on their new label, The Numbers. A free download of Lost A Girl is currently available on the band’s website. In other news, it’s rumored that NYPC member Lou Hayter’s new side project The New Sins debut album will be released later this year. No word has been confirmed on that yet, but the excitement for The Optimist will be enough to hold fans over until she does.
